Offline Trading
- Currently, our offline recycling service is available in select states and cities, with plans to gradually expand to other locations in the future.
- If, unfortunately, offline recycling is not yet available in your city, you can opt for free online shipping to send your device to our warehouse. For online shipping orders, we offer an additional incentive: the recycling amount will be 5% higher than offline transactions.
- For all offline transactions, you must first submit an appointment order on our website. Our customer service team will match you with the most suitable offline service personnel based on the address you provide.

Payments are generally processed in 24-48 hours once the device is received and can be issued through various methods such as Zelle, PayPal, Cash app, Venmo, Usdt, Bank, Gift card. Ensure timely payment by promptly responding to any revised quote emails and tracking your shipment.
The entire process, including shipping and payment, usually takes about 2-3 business days. Payment processing varies slightly but is generally completed within 1-2 business days after device inspection.
If your device is assessed at a better or worse condition than stated, you may receive a revised quote. You can accept the revised offer or have your device returned at no cost unless it is blacklisted or ID locked.
Typically, the device and its battery are required. Chargers and other accessories are optional but may increase the device’s value in some cases.
Remove all personal data, factory reset the device, and remove any SIM card. Use secure packaging like a bubble-padded envelope or box with the provided free shipping label.
Prices are based on the device’s condition, market value, carrier lock status, model, make, and age. Assessments are done upon receipt to ensure accuracy.

You don’t need to pay anything. Before you send the device to us, we will send you a free shipping label, so you can send the device to us for free. If you are not satisfied with the final quotation, we will send your device back to you again for free.
Devices reported lost or stolen, or those that are blacklisted, are generally not accepted. If sent, these devices might not be returned or compensated.
You can send multiple devices using a bulk form. Special arrangements might be needed for bulk orders, typically defined as ten or more devices.
